REVIVE POLICIES

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please bring in a second pair of shoes to be worn for any classes or personal training sessions.
  • When coming in for a Recovery visit, we recommend loose fitting clothing!
  • If you are cold plunging please bring in compression shorts/sports bra/swim suits.
  • Ensure that all water bottles are shatterproof with a closable lid.

WAITLIST

  • If a class has reached capacity, there will be up to 4 waitlist spots.
  • By adding yourself to a waitlist you understand you may be added to a class within the 24 hour late cancel window in which you are then subject to our late cancel/no show fees.

LATE CANCELLATION

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services offered at Revive. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the service/session will result in a late fee.
  • The late fee for Classes is $10, the late fee for Recovery Treatments is $20.
  • If you have used a drop-in or pack to book, a late cancellation will result in a forfeit of that entire session.
  • The same fees apply for no shows.


COMMITMENTS

  • If you are a member on a commitment (month to month, 3/6/12 months), you are obligated to fulfill the entire duration of your dues. Early termination is only allowed for relocation out of the state.
  • If your contract includes recovery treatments, there is no roll over per month unless specified.
  • Once you have signed up on a commitment you may upgrade your membership to include more amenities. However, we do not allow for early termination to switch to a lower commitment.
  • All 12 month commitments allow for a hold up to 2 consecutive months, in which you will not be billed, but your end date will extend by those months.

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT

  • We make all efforts to maintain pristine condition of all fitness and recovery equipment.
  • We ask that you please use everything safely and as intended. All accounts are subject to fees should improper use lead to any damage.
